108 north ridge street (the old 'summit county abstract' building, for you long-time locals) is located two doors north of the old county courthouse, on the one-way part of ridge street, between lincoln avenue and wellington road.
we're right across from the edwin carter museum, and halfway between fatty's and the brown hotel, on the same side of the street.
the building is tan with red trim.
